TCM only flash unable

Hello

2013 Audi A6 3.0T with ZF8.

Bought the credits needed to write the TCM and had them synced and then licensed to the TCM controlled.
when i go to write vehicle I get prompted that I need to buy further credits for the ECM in order to flash.
In other vehicles I am given the option to write ecm or tcm but in this case I am not even able to get to that option before it prompts me to buy credits to license to the ECM.

Do I need to buy the additional 6 credits for ECM in order to only flash the TCM in this application?

go to read vehicle-get info-select do not read for ecm

This will allow you to read just the tcm, that will be your base file. Use that file to make your changes & flash to your vehicle.

Yes I searched, unfortunately majority of the results are involving errors. None of results I came across address the question/issue I have.
