Fuel lobe and rail pressure questions

Hey all, need advice on a few things I'm trying to make sure I understand. Working with a L83+Whipple+stage 1btr cam and spray times are over 6ms above 5krpm, other than that that's the only concern I've seen, no knocking or lean issues.

First with the fuel lobe, is it accurate that I should multiply the fuel Volume axis by 1.14 in leading edge angle because of the cam 14% lobe? If so what does it effect? Pros and cons?

Second, should I change the rail pressure base table up an additional four to five megapascals? Pros/cons?

    Thanks

What's the fuel pressure setpoint (in MPa) and how much fuel pressure are you seeing? I imagine there's a pressure relief valve in the circuit that you'll need to consider. I'm tuning an LFX (3.6 V6) and the max fuel pressure commanded is 15 MPa and I'm seeing up to ~16 MPa, and the system relief is 17.5 MPa as per the service manual. I'd find out what your relief pressure is, and at most bump up the pressure until your actual pressure is ~1 MPa away.

The table is set stock maxing out at 15 and reaches 15 after 5krpm in pulls. My understanding is absolute specification Max is 21.5 so upping it to 19 or 20 "should" be safe but would like to here from the experts.

Make sure the injector multiplier goes up to this new commanded pressure. Otherwise, it will just calculate with the highest number in the table, but actual fuel output will be higher. Causing it to go rich because of bad data.

Thanks, what tab is this under?

Engine - Fuel tab under the injector parameters. I don't have my laptop in front of me, but it's something like pressure mulitplier.

Found them, looks like they all already go up to 21mpa.

I'm going to start with +3mpa across the bottom of the rail table and then interpolate vertically around a dozen rows, see how that goes.

Does anyone have any input on what should be change with the +14% fuel lobe? Seems like it would do its own thing no matter but just want to double check (noob here).

    Thanks
