Seeking 2.0 LNF tuner in UT

I have a 2.0 Liter Turbocharged Ecotec I4 LNF in my buggy. It's been tuned by Jesse Haines. I don't know what the red-line is, but I'd like it flashed 800-1,200 RPM lower as I don't need the top end and reliability is paramount. Like the majority of crawlers, it doesn't have a tach, not that I'd be able to watch a tach. I'm told Martin at RPM-Motorsports in Phoenix is good, but it would be nice to find someone closer. Buggy is in SLC but I frequent SH and Moab in S. Utah.
