hey guys new here and to all of this.
I recently rebuilt a stock ls3 (block, heads and internals) are all stock for that engine out of the 14 Camaro ss, the Denali had the variable valve timing (VVT) ls3 does not i read somewhere that I should set the cam to none is this correct? what else would i have to change. as of now the truck hesitates to start but when I have it running it sounds like it wants to shut off or Bogg down... I do not want to take it to a street tuner as of now since it is a fresh rebuild with maybe 30 to 45 min of run time. id like to get help with the base tune if possible or point me in the right direction.. thanks in advanced
