I noticed that it shows unsupported parameters for commanded AFR and the calculated cylinder air "default" custom PID.
I could very well be doing something wrong and if I am, please let me know how to get these to work.

Commanded AFR is not supported on the E38/E67. Replace it with the Commanded EQ Ratio PID. BTW: Stoch x EQ ratio = Commanded AFR
Remove the calc Cyl Air and replace with Dynamic Cyl Air PID
There's a pretty good config listed in the Gen IV Config Repostitory that should be fine for your V6.

Commanded AFR is now supported for the E67 via "Air Fuel Ratio Commanded Hi Res" with the .18 release. Before this I did a custom PID using EQ Ratio (Lambda) x Stoic. Just discovered this last night while addressing other problems with .18, which you noticed in another thread about bad scanner readings. That be a whole 'nuther issue that Keith's working on.
