    Cummins fuel cut rev limiter

I wanted to do a small write up on fast cut and slow cut rev limiters because I couldn't find much on it myself when trying to figure it out. The Cummins is an inline 6 so it's only appropriate to have a rev limiter that sounds like a ricer. You can achieve this by setting the injector off limit to your desired rmp and the resume rmp closer to that amount for a faster limiter and farther for a slower limiter. My injectors turn off at 2900 and resume at 2890 so it makes that fun wahhh papapapapapa sound. I'm not sure of the effects on the engine this has. I'm below the stock limiter and all it's doing is cutting fuel so I think it's ok. I just wanted to help anyone looking for that same limiter and sound.

Assuming for a slower cut, youd just space the "back on' rpm lower for the wahhhhhh puh....puh...puh

I would just like to verify what table is being used for fuel cut rpm. The table used is the high speed govenor table under diesel fueling correct?
