Throttle closure Whipple Stage 2 2015 Ford Mustang

Having throttle closure issues at WOT with this Whipple 2.9 Stage 2 kit on a 2015 Mustang. It will go into a sort of a background limp mode at 6500rpm at WOT. I do not have the Flare tool but I did flash the Whipple OS to it with my MPVI. Is there a way to disable the knock limit and overload limiting through HPT like you can with the flare tool?
    Tune and WOT Log attached:

    I have many questions...
Without logging throttle angle hard to tell if your throttle is actually closing. Your pedal position definitely cuts in half at 4k rpm.
Pedal characteristics going over 100% makes no sense to me.
Your MAF is actually insane. 195 lbs/min @ 83 microseconds? Im pretty positive that's impossible lol.
Why are you using the mapped points youre using? Is this the Whipple Tune? Never seen one like this yet. 1-13 are imrc closed mapped points typically. Unless you or someone moved them all around, but if that's the case why not cut the MPs used, in half.
Youre hitting a Low Range/ Driveshaft torque limit at the same time the pedal position cuts in half.
The scaling on the tune could probably be scaled a bit higher.

The maf curve isn't far off the stock Whipple tune. It's only different due to the DW 750cc injectors it has. It's a Whipple map you can tell by the operating system ID. I don't know if it's your VCM scanner or what but my pedal position stays at 100%, the throttle body is what cuts in half.

Just a shot in the dark but I'd be looking at the IPC max MAP table. Your MAP is following the max row, in the ballpark at least. The torque IPC tables could also need to be scaled up for boost.
