It would be better to try to learn how to tune something that isn't so modified and where the chances of hurting it aren't so great.

I'd consider hiring a professional to be honest. I'm not saying to buy something from me.. but the confusion around fuel pressure and flow rate is enough to tell me you might be in over your head.

Do you have a car closer to stock so you can get some practice in before this one?
