    twin scroll 2.0 ecoboost

Had a guy swap in an engine to his '15 FoST from a '16 MKZ.
He didn't realize the issues that would come up.
    Higher compression and twin-scroll turbo.

I need a stock tune from a list of possible vehicles -
    15-24 Edge
    16-present Escape
    17-20 Fusion
    16-20 MKZ
    19-present MKC/Corsair
    21-present Bronco Sport

You have more issues than just a tune change. the 13 to 16 uses pressure to operate the waste gate, 17 up uses vacuum.

Did the '13 to '16s have a single scroll or twin scroll turbocharger?

The year the twin scroll engine was introduced depends on the model from what I've read. With the Escape / Kuga platform the twin scroll engine was introduced with the facelift - around 2016 (Definitely the case with the Valencia manufactured Kuga/ Escape and AFAIK for the North American Escape.).
