E78 Idle Help

Hi. First post here. I am trying to solve a small idle issue I have. My Base idle is set to 600RPM when warm. This is pretty accurate when in park and neutral but in gear it wants to idle around 700-750 RPM. The truck is a 2011 2500HD with a E78 ECM. I will post the tune as well. I am assuming it has to do with a base airflow but I am still learning.

Your [ECM] 12098 - Rolling Idle Speed: Desired rolling idle speed table takes over after you are moving around and that is commanding 700 rpms at 0 mph.
