My copy of Race Render stopped working with GoPro files along with many others on 5/20/24. Tech support was like "Oh, gee... That's weird". But didn't fix it. In fact it looks like they've totally abandoned all support. I got a new PC and tried reinstalling it and noticed something. After adding my registration code I got a popup saying Registered Version 5/20/14. Maybe the program has a 10 year license and the sellers have no idea how to fix it. If this is the case it's only a matter of time before they sell off the program and website.

Have you tried using the HEVC video codec pack from the Microsoft store: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/he...s/9nmzlz57r3t7 that resolves most of the issues described in your ticket.
