2002 Z06 SD 2 Bar Reduced power problem!

Hey guys I usaully dont post on here much because the search usaully answers all my questions. Last night we were rolling my partners car up and we have a weird problem. The car goes into reduced power @ 5350 rpm's and we cant pull it up anymore. The power output is 785rwhp/735tq. It will make 800+ rwhp if we can get past this. Has anyone had an issue like this and how did you correct it. Specs are as follows

    402/AFR 225'S
    Custom cam
    Novi 2000
IAT's are 100 @ the end of the run.
    AFR is @ 11.5 to 11.7 @ 5350 rpm's
    14 psi of boost
Fuel pressure is rock solid @ 69 psig
Maf is in place but only for IAT's (Disabled for SD 2 bar OS)

    Thanks for your time
    JMG

You need to raise the P0068/P1514 table. This table needs to be higher than your max cyl air. I would multiply the whole table by 2 to start with.

Yeah more than likely...I always like to see if its been done already in the file before I say it though so I don't miss something.

ahh ok...yeah like Russ says more then likely its just the p1514/p0068 tables under engine diagnostics that are your issue.

Ok this was allready done and does not correct the problem. Now here is a interesting fact I found out from ECS.

Well, we use EFI, but either way I have not been able to conquer that issue in SD mode with a high boosted car. I am waiting until someone makes a operating system that eliminates R.E.P. all together. Sorry for the tease, I just assumed you were maf. I'm sure you already covered the basic tables to raise, we worked with many many shops and EFI direct to correct this and got nowhere for months. I finally decided that low nines is fast enough on a maf so screw it.

Not sure if it matters, but Map codes P0106, P0107 & P0108 are set to no error reported. I would set them to Mil on second Error.

In the table display of the scanner, the Map SAE pid should be deleted as the histogram is averaging the 2 bar & 1 bar Map pids. Also the commanded AFR should be added to the table display, then the AFR% error histogram will work.

i didn't get your file at support. Is that your file above? If so are the injectors really 90lb ? maybe you can make the IFR table smaller so that the VE table values can be smaller. I think a few others have seen that kind of issue before.

Yeah, if the dynamic airflow goes over 2.32 g/sec you get REP. Dunno why. Just drop the IFR by a % and then do the VE by the same % across the board. If you run the car super rich (10's) it makes the problem even worse.

I had the same problem on a 2001 Z06, you may have to play with the IFR table and VE table to bring the numbers lower.

may also want to bump the fuel pressure up a few more lbs, getting really close to 100% DC
