How to replace estimated end-of-lap time with accurate value
This is probably somewhere in the posts or docs, but I couldn't find it. In autocross, for example, my RaceRender "end-of-lap time" is estimated/displayed at 51.363 based on a "modified" telemetry file from a Tesla. The actual published run time is 51.380. I tried modifying the telemetry file by forcing a "lap 2" at approximately the end of run (between 51.350 and 51.396). I even tried changing the nearby numbers to 51.380 and moved the sync back and forth around the expected mark. Nothing is working. In other video production programs, I've been able to "force" the final time text to the published run time by overwriting the timer text space, but don't see a way to do this with RaceRender.
Is there a trick to place a final, accurate lap time text? Or force the timer display to store at the time I want? This seems like it should be straightforward, so I must be missing something. Sorry for the newbie question...

I think I found a clunky way...I set the time range on my timer clock to just before the official published run time (so, 0:51.36 in my example). Then I put in a text object of 0:51.80 and overlayed it at the same location as the timer clock...in base version, you can't modify fonts, so timer clock is Tahoma and text clock is MS Sans Serif, so slight glitch, but I get to closest match (Tahoma Bold/24 and MS Sans Standard and 28). I then added a segment for the text object number just overlapping the time clock end (58.524 in this case). Erase the 0:58.380 text (for both segments) and reinsert the text only for the end segment.
Very clunky, but it basically works...Hopefully, someone has a more elegant method...

Try using the "Laps" functionality. There's a "Laps" button near the top center that will open a pop-up that displays any lap times associated with the given data file. "Lap 000" is any time before the run, and "Lap 001: 00:00:51.800" on the next line would indicate your actual lap time. This has the side benefit of trimming the start/finish coordinates so that they align exactly with your run (instead of also including the time to and from paddock). This functionality is really design more for track sessions, so it will immediately spill over into "Lap 2" which doesn't really apply to autocross, but you should be able to use one of the built in lap timer Display Objects which has a "hold" option (or something similar? Will try to confirm when I'm next sitting at my computer) which can display the previous lap time (i.e. lap 1) for a certain number of seconds. You can change that to something high like 10 which should effectively show it through the end of your video.
If you're having issues, I'll attempt some screenshots the next chance I get.

Perfect....that makes it really easy, and looks right too...Here's the "corrected" version. The previous one is gone...link dead...
