Ok then I will just have to wait until I get home in 3 weeks. I am on a military base too so that might be a problem in itself.

They both talk about different things...and remember they are only guides into how to tune and why...they both are filled with valuble information...taking parts from one & parts from another you will only know more about your car & what your doing.

I think for a rookie, its probably best to start with yours.
the other guide, starts off with ve tuning, im a v6
ve is for when the maf fails. ve doesnt really apply to a 6?

so should we tune our maf table or anything before doing yours?
do we need to change PE vs TPS% to 100% so it doesnt
    go into PE while scanning?

and do we need to run a good 50-90 miles after flashing the new
tune in. To let the PCM relearn/re-adjust everything.
Then scan again after it has "relearned/re-adjusted"?
    thanks

if this post is aimed at me just remember neither writup is Mine and I lended very little information to either of them. I tune my own special way though some of the things in their writups I do alot of it I don't. Personally I dont tune the VE table as I find it pointless since its not used for anything other then maf failure.

yea, so if you change your injectors to "22.27" like your writeup says....
you will get a Reduced Engine Light and some more fun stuff to go with it.

wierd the car that has that tune is fine

i have notice some cars don't like wierd injector figures not sure why try 22.99
    see if that works

I wrote mine to get around all the BS and tune the car for performance. I tried to make it easy to follow and teach exacly what you are doing. there are other ways.... i leaned from foff667... and once i new what i was doing i found my own way that i liked

i was wondering if maybe it was leaning out
so somehow my car was going into Limp mode
the max my injectors go on the flowrate vs kPa is 22.77
I was thinking of trying just "22" the whole way...

Just thought I would note that the IFR vs kPa table is measured in engine vacuum and not in MAP. That would make 0 your WOT.
