    How to retrieve improperly lost licenses

    I've successfully read my vehicle's PCM once, but I've used 4 credits ( I have V2.1.16). The first time I tried to read it was unsuccessful due to the PCM being locked. I lost 2 credits on this failed read. Now that I have an unlocked PCM I had a successful read. This was all on the same truck, same VIN as the history should show. How do I get the 2 credits back? Thanks.

    please post a vcm suite infolog for starters
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
