Begining/Basic Tuning help 04 Silverado 4.8l

Hey i just got hptuner and i am really new to this i was wondering if any one could give me some tuning basics or tell me what to tune for my mods...

Its a 2004 Silverado 4.8L Regular Cab w/ Auto Transmission it has
-JBA Headers
-True dual flowmasters
-Prodyno Cold air intake
-Perma cool oil cooler

The only things i have done is turn abuse mod "off" and changed my shift rpm's to "5900" for 1-2 and 2-3 shifts.

Have a look at one of the sticky above.It should get you on the right track.
A 02 wideband kit would be a good tool to have also.
