currently it does not
I'm not sure about any future mac development either
you can use your mac...run boot camp...and run windows on any intel processor mac machine...in which case you could boot into the windows side and run HPT there
there are several people on this forum doing what I just stated.
you could also try a windows emulator....but I cant guuarantee any real compatibility and I'm not sure I would want to tune from a windows emulator on any machine

I'm a mac user myself, instead of doing that I found a used compaq for $150 that I use strictly for Hptuners. Doesnt have to be a very powerful machine, mine is 1ghz and it runs great.
