Looking for ALDL specs for OBD-I

I'm looking for a document (or standard, if such exists), describing the ALDL protocol, the same way as ISO has it for OBD-II.

The goal is to be able to read data off OBD-I data channel via computer serial port.

A separate question, does anyone know where to get a list of cars operating on 160 baud transfer rate versus 8192 baud. I still need to build a connector, and it does require different schematics.
