Not to hijack but I need the exact same thing.
Does anyone know where there is a segment swap how to, or what all is involved?
Here is my OS with the segment swap done. Just transfer your tune info to it. Do a write entire the first flash.
I'm on vacation right now but go ahead & email me. As soon as I can I'll do your seg swap. Just need your file & the section of VCM Suite info that starts with the VIN.

My friend has a '05 escalade. He emailed hptuners with the current pcm file, and they emailed back that they weren't aware of anything they could do to the file for a 4l80 swap. Is there another year or vehicle os that I could flash into the pcm to do the swap?
edit--My friend also has year model license for '03 and '04 silverado/sierra, and is willing to license whatever is necessary to complete the swap.

I can also do segment swaps if anyone needs them. I can't do it to a HPT file, but if you a older .bin or if you can just tell me what vehical/year/os I can find it a format that I can work with. Thank God Tunercat .cal files are still raw!

TTT... Can anyone help? Trans is going in this weekend and I have yet to find a 4L80 file with the same segment1 id as mine.
