im new to this stuff and have no clue how to tune... my tuner got pissed of at my truck and gave up trying to tune it. so he gave me the software and the cable, and then told me good luck. so he left my truck un tuned for my cam, new trans, and converter.
i need alot of help my truck barely runs and i don't know what to do...
what should i do or what would you do?

Before posting up questions as vague as "how do I tune", I suggest you take the time to search. Sounds like ANYTHING you find tuning related will help.
