Ford credits are not yet for sale.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

and plus i have heard some problems about the dashhawks not being able to work with some models coz of their HEX codes, i could be a guinea pig for a middle eastern spec ford pick up...

My buddy has a 02 Mustang and is looking for a tuning program. Does HPT have one that will be out in the next month or so? If yes he will get it, if not he needs to look else where.

    Thanks

Quoted from our very own Screamn03
For Mustangs the change to the CAN stuff happened in 2005, 96-04 Mustangs were the EEC-V, EEC-IV came before that.

All EEC stands for is Electronic Engine Control

Kinda of a general rule of thumb to go by is if it has a cable throttle it's most likely an older EEC PCM.

Silver oak, black oak, spanish oak...what do you need an idea about exactly? Kinda like E67, p59, E38, E40 for gm.

    I found it!

Ford Motor Company's new Black Oak powertrain management software.

I'd done a couple read with some other stuff and the eeproms are labeled as Black oak.
