ok guys since i have had my new motor i put together i cant seem to make dfco to come on. i have played with the Map values and started 12 below idle map and then exit 6 below idle map. have moved them around and i still got nothing. idle is 65ish no ac and 70 ish ac on. here is the file and i will get a log tomorrow if you guys need it. thanks in advance

Quick glance at the tune and nothing screams at me, perhaps try lower the speed hyst to say 1 or 2 mph so it doesn't require as much of a change. Assuming that your TPS is functioning correctly (ie not sitting abouve ~2% or something and if the speed hyst doesnt help then I am not too sure.

Dont suppose you have a decel log by chance, but I imagine MAP will be lower than 63, rpm greater than 1300, and TPS less than ~1.7% so that should equal DFCO.

i kept moving up map entry to try and get it to go into DFCO i will move it back down then.

TPs = 0% when i let off the pedal too so i knew it wasnt that.

tell me about the speed Hyst... mine is at 20 i think i dont have HPT loaded here at work so i cant look and check but 20 mph seems familiar to me. what exactly does that do?

post a log so we can see if any of the DFCO settings are even met. Chances are it is prob your map not going low enough.

I thought his tune said if hes over 1300 he could enter DFCO. Am I reading it wrong?

From looking at your scan it looks like your TPS sensor is reading between 0.0%-1.x% when you let off the gas. Try setting the DFCO vs. TPS enable % to 2% in all RPMs if that lets it enter DFCO. even tho you see 0% on the scan log most of the time, it will occasionally hit 1%. I set up a histogram to show your TPS% in X.XX format so I could see the decimals. Most of the time when you see 0% its actually at 0.78% which according to your tune will not allow it to enter DFCO if you are over 2400 RPMs. Sometimes when you let off the gas it reads like 1.25% which your tune will not allow you to enter DFCO unless you are over 3200 RPMs.

    Give this a shot.
I set a few DFCO parameters back to stock and modded a couple other things that I thought were giving you issues.

Oh, add DFCO (as a group) to your status bits so you know for sure that DFCO is coming on.
