    Well that sucks ...

... for me. That is one very impressive car. So tell us about it, it is not fair just to post a video (although it is very good).

How much power can you put through the transaxle?

The rearend hasn't grown on me, but such a nice car! Is it the ls1 or newer ls7 version?

12sec, Its a FFR GTM that Ive been building for about 18 months or so. Its a modified LS1 with LS6 heads, intake, custom Comp Cam, springs, titainium retainers, Katech Rod bolts and custom Kooks stainless long tube headers and X pipe exhaust system. Total weight is 2359 lb wet without side windows, so figure 2380 lb or so done. Car has AC, heat, cruize control and fully insulated. Transaxle is from a mid 90's 911 with 6 spds.

If your interested in seeing my build log, check out www.gtmbuild.com and look in the links section.

Screamn, thats out for debate, but most say the transaxles can handle in the area of 500 hp or so... Very few have had problems in Ultimas.

Bil Doe, the factory has a LS7 based car... I drove it a few months ago... the thing is a monster! the torque in such a light car is quite a rush. Almost no wheel slip since the engine is just in front of the rear wheels. Thing pulls like mad.
