Any ideas about them? I'm sending cash soon to get a license for an '04 F150. Now the thing is, I'm looking at the stock bin and WOW does this look weird! Just wondering if the config files are going to have to be set up differently to accomodate the parameters the Ford offers, or would the basic GM ones be able to read the vehicle?? I'm just looking for Spark advance, Spark Retard, Knock, LTFTs, STFTs

You will need to configure it entirely different for a Ford. You will have an entirely different list of PIDs/DMRs to choose from. I'm sure HPT will give you the basic ones to scan, but of course once the beta version of the Ford scanner hits (hopefully by end of next week, if not sooner), then I'll put up some basic configs for everyone.
