well i have a new/used stock pcm on its way.
some well know tuners are telling me that its not that my pcm is tunerlocked but that they are locking the software to your original PCM S/N for the 2-3 bar upgrades. Time will tell..
so is the liscencing in the cable for 2 3 bar?
