Returned My Truck Back To Stock, Running bad

Hopefully someone can help me out with this. Okay, so i sold everything off my truck, completely returned it to stock, intake, e-fans, Headers, and all that good stuff. Went to look for my stock file and couldn't find it in all my files, i couldn't believe it. So, my buddy had my stock file but it seemed like it wasn't after looking it over. So, went to the repository and found 2004 silverado 5.3 tune, i have a 2004 GMC Sierra 5.3, same thing. So i looked that over, looked stock to me. Wrote it and now i'm havin some problems. The thing is I have an FLT 4l80, stall converter and all that. So i did another segment swap, i just copied over the 5.3 engine settings from the stock file i had gotten from the repository to my current 4l80 file. The truck idles like shit, thought maybe i didn't plug one of the spark plug cables back in all the way, but then i thought it would have come up as a misfire and a SES light would come up. No light is on or anything. I logged a scan at idle and it's misfiring it looks like a majority of the cylinders. I'll post up a scan, but i'm gonna go drive it a lil bit and get a better scan. Don't know what the deal is, the truck runs great when i'm driving all the time except for idle, it just seems like it's missing on 1 cyl, but the scan says otherwise. Don't know what's wrong, i'm gonna rip out the tranny in like 2 weekends and put a stocker 4l60 back in, but i don't know if the tune is messed up right now or what. I'll post my current file and some scans.

Why isn't your bank one O2 sensor switching? A lot of engines "log" misfires at idle, not really a problem unless you can feel it, as in your case. Check the b1s1 02 and the plug wire/coil on cyl#8.... do a cylinder balance test and post the results.

I had the rear 02's turned off because of my headers, so should i turn those back on? Probably need new 02's. Here's another log, it's only at idle, and you can really feel the truck bounce. Even sometimes i was sitting at idle and it would start bouncing pretty good and it wouldn't show up as a misfire. Take a look at the timing in the charts when it starts to misfire, the timing starts to jump as well.

I connect on the scanner and it says IAC Control Innactive, so it wont let me do a cylinder balance, i've done one before so i don't know why it's not letting me. Anything special i have to do?

Turned my rear 02's back on to see if that would make a difference, but it doesn't seem to be better right off the bat.

You removed your headers right? You might have a cracked spark plug.

I took out all the plug before i unbolted them, but i'm gonna have to check them anyway. It runs great when i drive it, just at idle, sometimes it starts missing pretty bad. I don't know if it's just the 87 octane gas with the stock tune or what. But i can't figure it out, it's weird. And i drove the truck last night quite a bit, and it seemed to be fine. I'll see what it does today.

i turned the rear 02's back on and it got better, but it still ocassionally idles like shit and start jumpin up and down. I have a 6.0 4l80 file that i just copied over my 5.3 settings, so i think it's the segment swap that is messing things up. cause when i put the engine settings back to stock, there are like two tables that cannot be returned to the 5.3 settings because of the segment, so this weekend i am putting a 4l60 back in cause i sold my FLT, and i'll return the segment back to a 5.3 4l60. So we'll see how that goes, but pretty sure that's my problem. thank though hauss for checkin up, i'll post up and let you know.

BUMP! Got the 4l60 back in, tune returned to stock and still idles like i've been explaining. I put in the missing driver side exhaust GM gasket. I guess i'm gonna get all new plugs and see if that helps, if that doesn't then i would then assume front 02's, i don't really want to dish out that money for it, but if i have to i have to. I checked my 02's on the scanner, they seem alright, so i don't know. Plugs and wires i guess will have to be replaced this weekend.

I don't mean to hijack here but how do you turn just your rear O2's off?

Hey bud, if you need new O2's, try the Denso's. I got them for 25 bucks each through an online retailer. Just check out the connector on your truck and compare it to the pic of what you buy, because there are 3 different types of connectors out there.

Thnx bro, i'll check it out, that sounds way cheaper that OEM, haha. I found that only of my cables was wrapped around the oil dipstick tube and i then proceeded to repalce plugs and wires just for the hell of it. I doesn't seem to bounce the rpms up and down like it has been doing, but i still seems like it idles rough a little bit, but i think that's just me being anal. haha. Anyway, i can also hear some piston slap, oh no, gotta sell it fast. It goes in the trader this weekend, the truck is cherry, and runs fantastic, so i'm gonna throw some 91 octane gas and some octane booster and sell it. I swear i looked at those cables like 50 times, i don't know how it wrapped around the dipstick tube. The invisible man did it.
