SD question...

OK, this may end up being a dumb question, but I don't mind.
Tried a search, yet no answer.

Just received HPT and the cable, licensed my car, and I'm trying to do a 2bar SD upgrade.
I followed the tutorial, but for some reason, the OS software doesn't give me the highlighted option to do a sd upgrade on my file, in the OS section.
Can't click them to apply.

I was under the impression this would work.
My current licenses are single vehicle, maf enhanced.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a file that you have already applied the maf enhanced operating system to ? if so you need to start with a standard file , I.E standard operating system .

Yes, it has the maf enhanced setup.

So you're saying i have to use the stock file that came out of the car?
I have had HP in my car for over a year, I just recently got my own cable, and had to re-license it to my car to accept the new cable.
I thought I could apply the sd upgrade to my hp tuned file.

So you have had the 1-BAR MAF RTT OS in your Corvette prior to owing your own copy of HPTuners? So you do not have a stock 2002 Corvette file, is that what you are saying?

Yes, all HPTuners Custom OS's need to be applied to factory stock OS's in ored to work.

Yup.

Best course of action would be to contact your previous tuner by email to see if he can send you your stock file/operating system so you can apply the new 2 bar to that file.

No, I've got the stock file on my laptop.
I was the tuner.
I found it would work on the stock file after you guys got back to me here.
I just thought it could be applied to an HP-tuned map to create the SD version.
I'm going to apply it over the weekend.
