    Interface not recognized

I just got my HP Tuners Pro in today and I cant get the computer to recognize the interface to be able to install the drivers.

I found a link on here where you can dowload the drivers and unzip them onto the destop but that didnt do anything.

I dont speak the computer language very well so any help is appreciated!!

Ow and im running windows XP.

    Thanks

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I have dowloaded the drivers to my desktop and extracted them. But it still wont recognize the USB device.

I have tried to put it onto 3 computers and they all same the same thing. As soon as I plug it into my computer a bubble pops up saying a USB device cannot be recognized. The USB port then shows that there is a unknow device plugged into it.

When I first got the software I found out that the driver that I needed (.dll file) was missing so maybe that has something to do with it?? But I downloaded it from another site so it should work right??

    Thanks

Step 1 in these directions (1) If FTDI A,B are seen and not HP Tuners MPVI Channel A, B, right click on FTDI A and uninstall. Do the same for FTDI B.

I dont even see FTDI A,B.

To find them I rght click on My computer, go to manage, then device manager, and he in he USB controllers is where the drivers should be right??
