ETC help on '04 5.3 silvy

My buddies truck has the electronic throttle boby with 5.3 and he can't do burnouts and was wondering if its limiting his throttle and how do we remove it?? I have a 2000 w 4.8 and it smokes tires very easily but i have cable operated. I know hes got more torque than me.I have a tuner so can remove whatever we need to.Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Just remove all the engine and transmission torque management and it will spin the tires. Disable the abuse mode as well.
