I I tried to read 2002 GMC Silverado file, first time I see this case, after I click the "Begin" button to read entire VCM, its complete the first & second steps .the read process stop in requesting access & give me felid & show access denied for some code the hp try to to makr access for 11 sec but whit out any Result. I try from many ways from changing the vin, relink vats any advice .I think it's lock with some thing but im not sure . hope to find the Solution .

What is the first error you see popup ie invalid auth code, etc.? This determines the issue, more than likely a locked pcm though.

Yes .So what shell i do ? i read in forums more than post about access denied. but now one have some thing

If the truck was tuned with another product that locks the PCM, you will have to use that product to unlock it. Or replace the PCM.

this truck for one of my custmres but he don;t have any id about it so dod the GM delaer do it for me ? did the same tune chagned . they make swap form 5.3L to 6.0L .
