Closed Loop 02's read 16:1 a/f on the wideband

I've been helping a freind of mine tune his 04 Silverado truck with a bored out 6.0 and a STS turbo kit. He is tring to get the v.e table dialed in, but the 02's sensors do not match the wideband (AEM). He has replaced the wide band sensor, check the wirring, and moved the location of the wide band sensor with no change. The engine also has long tube headers which are wraped. He wants to run closed loop with the maf, but with the 02's pulling fuel in closed loop, it is being a real PAIN IN THE ASS.
What should we trust? the wide band or the 02's ???

is your wideband before the turbo or after the turbo??

back pressure in the pipes will effect the readings
