    97 v 98 LS1 PCMs?

the pn's are difft. but are the PCMs interchangeable anyway?

specifically, i am interested in using 98 LS1 PCM in 97 vette. will 97 vette flash work directly in 98 LS1 pcm? if not, will 98 vette PCM (with 98 vette flash) work directly in 97 vette? if not directly, are there workarounds?

From what I remember, 98 pcm's are satan and any flash other than the original = fried. Couple searches should bring up the info real quick.

You mean a write calibration only with any other flash other than the original.

You can do write entires without issue for the most part. Not sure about the interchangability between 97/98 pcm's & their files though.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
