what have i done wrong i am hitting the 6200 rev limit in only first and second gear 3rd and 4th are fine all the way to 6800 rpm any help would be greatly appreciated....

Do you have gears? What vehicle? I know you need to tweak the max acceleration table(s) on some gen 4's after putting some short gears in.
