I can tell you this...it would be a compete rewire and probably some custom wiring as well...
there a a ton of sensor differences...so most of it would require either a custom made adaptor or a hard cut and splice...
I'm not even sure if you could get the cam sensor to jove with the motor in the 90...
you would most likely need to replace so many parts(if you could even find all the parts possible to do it...) that it would be cheaper and easier to replace the motor and transmission and install it with new pcm and a few other custom gauges to make a functional dash that corresponds with the new pcm....
I'd bet in the long run it would be cheaper to find a used newer 'vette....
