    mpvi pro problem responding

    my mpvi pro unit has the error light on and i try and connect and it says device found but not responding. help!!

    Download & install 2.2.0, open the editor, connect your mpvi unit to your laptop but not a vehicle, click the read entire button & allow the interface to update the firmware(the error light means the firmware update did not complete)
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    i get to the firmware update but it takes a time out because the mpvi is not responding. at the bottom of the screen where it says cable status it either says not connected or not responding. it is connected properly with the power and err lights lit.

    having the same problem, I do not have the error light though.

    fixed it, had to reinstall usb drivers

    how because im having the same problem and i already did that and i am still getting the not responding

    Post a screenshot of your usb device manager while your interface is connected, also what operating system are you running? 32 or 64 bit?

    Ill have the pic up in about 2hrs since im at work right now but the usb mpvi a and b are in there with a composite usb device. I'm running win xp 32 Bit and another computer with vista pro 32Bit
