Hey gang. Going on a 600+ mile trip to northwest Indiana/Chicagoland in about a week or two. If I want to get better MPG, is it possible to tune through the PCM to get that? If so, where should I start?

1. Make sure your fuel trims are inline
2. I added 2* timing to the whole map (max 45*).
You can mess with the 14.7 ratio, but IMHO you might save a little gas but can end up with other issues around the cat / emissions.
