On a 2005 Mustang, it appears that the data in Final Drive Ratio and Tire Revs per Distance is not used.
Is this because "Use VID" is Enabled? (and this data is also stored in the VID?)
Am I correct to assume that Disabling VID will cause it to use the data for Final Drive and Tire Revs?
Also, can HPTuners change the data in the VID?

I found the same issue, but we got around it by modifying the number of pulses per Xmission shaft revolution. If someone out there knows the RIGHT way to do this, I would love to hear it too.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
