    Bosch Injector flow rate

I'm fairly new to using HP Tuners but trying to learn as quickly as possible. So here is the deal, I have a 2005 C6 corvette with a mail order tune from LGM. I just purchased a set of Bosch 47.1lb injectors from Lingenfelter rated at (5.93 grams/second (47.1 lbs/hr) at 4 bar (58 psi) fuel pressure ). My question is, do I only need to tweak the IFR table to get the car running semi-decent? I have a dyno tune scheduled friday at Synergy Motorsports but was hoping to get the injectors installed and the car drivable before that date. I would really appreciate any help. I'm trying to locate specs like min pulse width, etc. but that info is hard to come by.

Ok, I've found the voltage offset for Bosch 42lb injectors (the lightning green tops). I know these aren't the same but are very close in size and design I would think. Do you think I should use these values as a start? They are from the AEM forum where they actually tested the injectors on a bench setup.
    Volts Pulse
    6 2.55
    7 2.55
    8 1.95
    9 1.48
    10 1.14
    11 0.92
    12 0.75
    13 0.64
    14 0.56
    15 0.49
    16 0.13

I would trust Ford's bench data before I would trust what was found on AEM's forum. With that being said, the voltage offset is such from Ford on the Lightning 42# injectors:

    Code:
    Volts Delay Time
    15.99	0.71484375
    15	0.71484375
    14	0.7861328125
    13	0.9033203125
    12	1.03125
    11	1.197265625
    10	1.396484375
    8	2.1181640625
    6	4.6474609375
    0	4.6474609375
    0	4.6474609375
    0	4.6474609375
However, these aren't going to be what your injectors are.

Thanks for the info so far. I know these aren't going to be the exact like my injectors but I assumed that since they were both the same style Bosch injectors and very similar in size that the settings should be very close? If not should I just leave the offset and min. pulse width settings stock and mod only the IFR table? Thanks

Can you email Bosch for the tables?

I've tried them as well as asking Lingenfelter what settings they use when tuning these things and gotten no response from either. Are injector settings like a trade secret or what? I mean I paid for them, shouldn't I be entitled to the information needed to make them work?
