    MAF sensor going crazy?

MAF readings on my 98 formula spike between 30-33lb/min at WOT. Its smooth everywhere else, until you get into the high 20's. I already tried cleaning it, made no difference at all.

I had the same problem with my 99 3.8 turbo, when I went to a bigger maf. With the stock maf, the readings were dead smooth, right up till it maxed out at aroud 38lb/min, and the wideband readout was so steady it might as well have been an 11.2 sticker. After swapping to an LS1 sensor, it started going erratic at high flow, just like this one is doing. and the wideband changed so much, you couldn't even read it.

    Thanks for any advice.

BTW the formulas is unscreened, the 99 was screened.
