having trouble adding a license (serial)

hi gang.
for past few days i have been attempting to add a license to my serial system.
when i click on the pay feature it takes me to a window/page that says this site/page is not available.

please advise.

Nope, all done online still just like it always has.

update.

yesterday was in contact with Jay (sales).
couldnt get the pay/check out feature to work.
so per instructions made payment directly and sent the PP payment info to Jay.
no word back yet??

is there something else u guys need??

Since your licenses are stored in the software with the earlier serial interfaces a whole new build must be compiled specificially for you. Usually takes a couple of days after the order is put in to add the license & compile it.
