i forgot to mention its a 06 cobalt 2.0 sc
try this for IDC

I sent him a copy of the GM Stage 2 equiv. His injector duty rates exceed between 110% - 130% at about 6,000 RPM (3in Pulley). When he was on a 2.8 pulley (we all know not a great idea), was sitting at 140-150% IDC.
He still has a CAT. I recommended checking injectors for them sticking, ditch the CAT and if he has an intake going back to stock airbox.
I have a friend with a 06 SS/SC his injector duty cycle is also between 110%-130% under WOT. He has a Gm stage 2, and was tuned on the dyno a week ago. On the dyno the IDC was only 46%.

Sounds to me like 50+lb injectors would be more ideal.

This is an updated Stage 2 tune for a 2006.
I am curious if the other config file solves things. Either way, this tune is newer than the one you posted.

The other cars I have done setup like yours were all in the same range mine included when I had my 3" and 42s in it.
is there anything wrong with the tune that would be causing high IDC????
Yeah just running the numbers through a rough injector sizing estimator says to get to 90% IDC with say 300whp you'd need 50lb injectors rated at 43lb/hr if your fuel pressure is at 58psi(not sure if thats what cobalt's run, just an educated guess really)

my asumption is that it should run with no problems with this tune because it is "gm stage 2 tune" with "gm stage 2 pulley and ingectors" or am i wrong?

this is gms specs so your 300 whp is a little high of a estimate
Doc I guess we can try the stage 2 tune that YOU have however I believe the problem is not with the tune as it is something related to the hardware (GM Stage kit) that may be causing the issue.

Ok so you've got an injector duty cycle of 120%. Was your run on a dyno?
Either way its well over the point of making injectors no matter if your at 120%, 125% or 130% lol
