Hey guys, my check engine light is on and the only thing i can think of off the top of my head is because i took out the stock 02 sensor, should i use HPT and disable it? If so, how do i disable the 02 sensor?
What else could be causing the check engine light to go on?
which code are you getting?
How about you use the HPT program and find out what code you have before asking us to guess why it is on.
Yup i got my car scanned and its the 02 sensor, so how do i disable it with HPT?

I took both the one in the manifold and also the one in the cat out, should i put them back in? or should i just put the one that was in the manifold back in...
ummmm, what was your reason for taking them out???? also, the one before the catalytic converter is what your pcm mainly uses to provide accurate fuel for your engine.....if your have no o2 sensor there you are probably getting horrible gas milage (since your car is probably in limp mode) and the performance probably sucks
well yeah it is getting horrible gas milage, i took them out because i installed a turbo and took out the stock exhaust... so i just weld a bung and put the first one back in?
yes, it would be a good idea to install you o2 sensor.....unless you like crappy mileage and bad performance
