I'm trying to figure out how to purchase the license for the 2 Bar OS. Do you have to email sales to purchase it or can you do it online?

I've seen that help file. In it, it shows the OS is "not applied" to the tune it uses near the beginning. Mine show the OS is "unlicensed". I can't figure out how to get the license so I can use the 2 Bar OS.
If I follow the help file I end up with "unlicensed- Applied" on the OS page.

are you using older Serial interface or MPVI?
If you are using serial you need to follow the instructions in your customer login to do the upgrade (you need to email us your file and we provide a new software download for you). If you are using MPVI then you just apply the change and license when asked.
