I have a 2007 f250 w/5.4 3 valve , when i go to read entire it says failed timed out with 5000 error code, also shows 08 computer, just wondering is this supported , and help greatly appreciated

please contact support at hptuners.com with a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
