Engine > Torque Management > Supercharger > Max Boost (2nd gear)
That table allows you to scale the boost percentage for gears 2-5.
Also check on: Engine > Torque Management > Supercharger > Desired Torque and Desired Torque (S/S)
And set them to max. This will stop you from limiting the MAP
