    2007 Explorer 5.4 with 6 Speed Auto Support? Any idea if/when you might support this application?

    When did the 6 speed come out?
    2002 F-150 5.4 L Triton 4x4
    Amsoil replacement filter and modified air box
    EGR carbon kevlar pads, Baer rotors

    The real question to ask is, when did Ford ever put a 5.4 into an Explorer.

    Actually, he obviously upgraded his engine to a 5.4 (the Lincoln "twin" had one). However, the 6-speed auto was a factory piece on the newer Explorers.

    Eventually, I'm well sure HPT will support this. Via end-user software (re NOT "tuning dealer"), SCT is the only company that currently supports this vehicle and trans.

    Actually I specialize in the Explorer platform, the truck engine controls are supported by SCT but the 6 speed tranny tuning isn't available yet! It is in the works. In 2006 Ford installed the 4.6L 3V with a 6speed auto.-j
