Location of OBD PID params in 99 vortec PCM?

Im doing some work with a 98/99 vortec PCM and Im wondering where the basic tables containing the addresses of the PID parameters are. From my experience with the 95 vintage PCMs, the ALDL/OBD-II is the easiest way to get a basic list of the parameters in the PCM (MAP, MAF VSS, CTS, etc.). With the earlier PCMs, the SCI itself worked much the same way, but the ALDL was the only thing it served, so it was easy to find the transmission tables. In the later PCMs, the code isnt as clear as it seems that the SCI also is used to interface with other devices in the car. Any ideas on how to locate the tables with the addresses?

I found where the OBD transmission parameters are by following the VIN in the code. Looks like there is a massive index of routines that each transmit the requested items through the interface.
