problem with editing tune

I am trying to pull the stock tune off a 00 impala 3.8 so i can license and edit it. When i read entire, and go to save, it says destination not found and says file not supported? i double checked to make sure it was supported and it says its supported on the main page,

i have attached what i pulled from the vcm, can anyone help me out?

where do i get the infolog from?

Bill,

The error I get when opening that file is "Invalid VIN/OS pair. VCM Flashing disabled".

Either way he needs to e-mail the .hpt file and a VCM Suite Info log.
