Weird Issue

Well, I just got done doing a head gasket on my car. For some reason The car after idling for a tad bit starts to go pig rich. When I force the car to stay in Tuner Mode (open loop) I can drive the car.

I've tried to retune the car and place it back in closed loop and it does the same thing. Instantly starts going rich after idling for a bit or driving the car.

Also my CMD AFR would read previously before the job was done as 14.60 during cruise and idle now it is commanding 14.00..

Any ideas?

Nm figured the problem out. It was an engine ground.
