    ECU Bad???

    I have a 2001 Chevy Venture van and it is giving me some codes. Anyone besides me think i might have a bad ecu?

    find one in a boneyard to test.

    or you need to reseat the Harness plugs on the PCM

    Does the car start?

    Are you able to read the pcm?

    Are you able to write to the pcm?

    Are you able to scan the vehicle?
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Only the P codes are valid when scanning with Hp Tuners. The P0128 is set if the ECT stays below 172*F.
    Did you install a cooler thermostat? If so, you need to disable the code.

    It is completely stock never changed the tune.

    It does run and the scan looks fine. I just got new code from it today.
